Nordic Credit Partners (NCP) is the credit arm of Altaal and focused on sustainable credit investments. Founded in 2013, we have 10 years’ through-the-cycle track record with top-decile performance.
Our proven and systematic investment process involves skilled professionals from different backgrounds to evaluate every aspect of each investment, which improves the quality of our underwriting.
We encourage diversity of thought and backgrounds and prize individual ideas, but we work together as one single team to bring them to life. We believe we achieve success for our investors through close collaboration between our portfolio managers, investment committee members and advisors, and by seeking to have a positive impact on our communities.
Our investment committee and advisors have on average more than 40 years of experience in their respective fields and their deep, extensive knowledge and advise constitute a cornerstone in our investment process.

Investment opportunities with a well-developed sustainability strategy is better equipped than similar non-sustainable peers to manage all factors impacting them. By integrating sustainability aspects into our investment process, we widen our analysis and reduce risk, enabling us to make more informed investment decisions at a comparable lower risk.
Our funds comply with our sustainability criteria and do not invest in portfolio companies engaged in activities that violate international guidelines and conventions or are active within oil and gas, the weapon industry, pornography, tobacco, gambling, or with more than 10% of their revenues from alcohol sales.
We support the Paris Agreement and by the integration of ESG factors in investment decisions we want to be a part of reaching the goal to keep global temperatures well below 2 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels.
