Introducing @Asuntosäätiö!
Asuntosäätiö, the original developer of the Tapiola area from the 1950’s, is the largest tenant in Colony Tapiola. The name of the area, Tapiola comes from a naming competition arranged by Asuntosäätiö. Many of the iconic buildings in the area are also developed by them. Today Asuntosäätiö is one of the largest owners of residential property in Finland, and a developer of both the construction sector and housing.
Asuntosäätiö and Colony have been collaborating for over three years now, developing the services of the building together. For example, an auditorium was created because Asuntosäätiö hosts a lot of events, and a golf simulator was installed to offer enjoyable breaks from work within the premises. We highly appreciate and share Asuntosäätiö’s mission, “a Good home for everybody”, and on our behalf, we work hard to offer a good working environment to everybody.
